| Environmental, Health, Safety, and Quality Manager for North America. Position requires heavy travel (75%+) so when not traveling, you can work from your home and can be based anywhere as long as you have access to a major airport.. Major Industrial Packaging company with global presence. Will ensure that training material for quality, testing and procedures are standardized. Enforces adherence to those policies for all NA operations and personnel. Collaborates with ISO Steering Committee in producing standardized processes and training. Provide technical information to customers regarding product application, compatibility, and regulatory requirements. Interfaces with Global Engineering and product development teams for effective interchange of technology and product development information. Works closely with Tech Service and site Quality Teams regarding UN/DOT, customer and quality issues. Four year degree required with Chemistry, ChemE, or other Technical degrees preferred. In depth knowledge of industrial packaging, DOT, EPA, OSHA compliance, required testing and training. Knowledge of ISO 14001, 18001 and 9001. 10+ years EHS Management experience. Ideal candidate will have regional or national EHSQ management experience for an industrial packaging company whose products are used to ship various wet/dry chemicals throughout North America. |
