| Well known manufacturer of molded plastics components has need of experienced and highly skilled Maintenance Manager for the Chicagoland facility. Will oversee day to day maintenance of the facility and production equipment. P&L for maintenance department. Maintains parts inventories and makes recommendations for new equipment. Client would like this candidate to have a strong mangement background to complment his technical skills. Although this client does not service the automotive industry, candidates that have worked for a molder supplying automotive components would be a good fit due to Lean/Six Sigma. Technical degree highly preferred. Bi-lingual English/Spanish would be a very big Plus. Should have thorough knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma, ISO, OSHA and EPA regulations as applies to plant and maintenance operations. As with all Maintenance Manager positions, must be willing do what it takes to keep the place running. Relocation assistance provided. |
